Should I sign it before I come in?

No. The notary has to watch you sign. A document that has already been signed usually has to be printed again, so leave the signature line blank.

Washington State sets the maximum a notary may charge for each notarial act. Give us a call for current pricing before you come in, especially if you have a multi-signature packet.

Can you tell me which form or certificate I need?

No. Choosing the notarial act for you would be legal advice, which notaries are prohibited from giving. Whoever issued the document can tell you, and once you know, we can complete it.
