Send us the artwork and the details and we’ll come back with a price. Fill in the form and attach the file — you don’t need to remember what to put in an email, the form asks for everything we need.

Turnaround and setup fees
- Jobs are processed in the order they arrive, and typical turnaround is under 24 hours.
- If a file is not formatted to the size you asked for and we have to reformat it, a setup fee of $1–5 applies.
- More time-intensive projects, or anything with considerable setup, may run above $5.
- Rush orders are an additional $20, depending on urgency and the current project load.
Files too big for the form?
The form takes up to 4MB. For anything larger — print-ready PDFs, banner artwork, photo sets — email it to mailpost@mail-post.com with your name, phone number and instructions, and send the form without the attachment so we know to look for it.
